Group Fitness

Training in small groups offers the built-in benefits of camaraderie, support, friendship, and working toward a common goal while still maintaining a focus on your individual needs.  We welcome couples, partners, spouses, friends, associates, co-workers, or team mates with similar interest and goals. At STRADA, group training can be a powerful experience. It can also save on training costs.


Even in a group setting, our focus is still on you as the individual: your strengths, goals, and health.  We design each group program to address these issues and match you with a trainer experienced in your area of interest and qualified to help you achieve your goals.
