Twin Lakes Snowshoe Adventure

Last Saturday, January 20th,  16 of the STRADA family headed East to Mount Hood to enjoy a day of activity in the snow. 

With a constant light snowfall, we ventured into the woods to our destination - Lower Twin Lake - for a break  and to recharge beside the frozen lake.
 After having a light lunch, and feeding the "camp robber" birds, we headed back towards the trailhead at Frog Lake Sno-Park. 
 
There we all enjoyed a cup of "hot chocolate"  to warm us up inside.  It was 5 great miles and a wonderful Winter Wonderland experience.  We had a really fun group - now Lacy, what was in that Boda bag anyway??
Even Camilla had a good time!  


Way to go everyone!  Let's head out again soon - say....March 3rd?!?!
